"Excellent food, it is creative and diverting across the whole menu. We were skeptical with how “commercialized” the area was, ostensibly catering just to popular tastes, but we were pleasantly surprised. Every single element of the seafood fettuccine was spectacular - the calamari and shrimp were cooked perfectly, the sundried tomatoes were bursting with savory acidity, the pasta was handmade, and the wine sauce was delightful. The Brussels sprouts were a wonderful small plate, the orange and grapefruit was a nice touch. Amazing (if not heavy!) cocktails. there are plenty of interesting options. The service was great and the atmosphere is a nice smart casual."

Chef Arthur Siler joined the Bartizan team in 2021 after living and working in Los Angeles his whole life. From a very young age, he knew his calling was in culinary. Arthur has worked under and with well-known Chef Travis Flood, famous for working in Michelin-star restaurants. He leads the Bartizan team with over 20 years of experience and creates a positive and high-energy atmosphere in the kitchen.
