As a sister property of the award-winning Dover Hall, we bring the same white-glove hospitality and expert event management with free parking in an adjacent deck and easy access off Rt. 288, I-64 and I-295.
The White Oak Room seats up to 65 or holds 125 for cocktail receptions. It features a bright, farmhouse-accented interior, a lofted mezzanine, and a connected open-air patio.
The Event Hall is a 2,200-square-foot space built for conferences, dinners, and receptions, with a private bar, dedicated restrooms, and a separate entrance for full privacy.
The space comes equipped with projection screens, HD LCD projectors, an 85-inch smart TV, surround sound, wireless microphones, a Sonos system, and 5G WiFi throughout — all plug-and-play.
Our sales team builds a custom blueprint for your event covering menu, timeline, floor plan, and logistics. On event day, our crew handles vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown — so you stay present with your guests.

THE WHITE OAK ROOM
The White Oak Room provides a bright and modern space with farmhouse accents, perfect for your next meeting or reception. Just outside is a lovely open-air patio, perfect for a lunch area, mid-day break, or decadent cocktail hour.

This space is easily transformed into any configuration of event floor plans and is the perfect spot for monthly meetings, conferences, cocktail receptions, or elegant dinners between 30-135 guests. This stylish space is equipped with a separate bar, full audio-visual capabilities, private restrooms, and a separate entrance for maximum privacy.
